Asian Treasures has been importing fine quality 18th and 19th century Chinese furniture and accessories since 1998. I lived and worked in Hong Kong for 10 years and have been a serious collector since that time. I also have a unique and special relationship with my supplier in China with whom I been doing business for nearly 20 years.
I travel to China at least two times a year to personally select each piece. The pieces are then restored, not refinished, in China, prior to shipping them to Denver, Colorado via container ship and rail. My philosophy is that pieces should retain as much of their original patina, hardware and general integrity as possible.
Asian Treasures maintains an inventory of items such as benches, stools, cabinets, altar tables, altar coffers, coffee tables, panels, Tibetan chests and a wide range of accessories such as wedding baskets and bamboo baskets.
All of the furniture and accessories are selected with the goal of being able to blend seamlessly with any décor. Asian Treasures provides certificates of authenticity for all furniture.
